Upon arrival Officers made contact with the reporting party, who advised an adult male may have inappropriately touched a juvenile at a school sponsored athletic event.
Upon arrival, a detached garage from the residence was fully engulfed. No injuries or and other properties were reported damaged.
All occupants were able to get out of the house safely. Two of the residents were evaluated by EMS on scene and later transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect, identified as 43-year-old Jason Moerbe, was located at the residence and arrested on scene without incident.
The suspect vehicle was found to have bullet holes in the windshield, which were suspected to have been caused by the suspect during the shooting and a gun was observed in plain sight inside the vehicle.
The fire was in the area of County Road 18 and County Road 81, just west of U.S. Highway 77 South.
