On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:54pm, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Shoreline Blvd in reference to a major traffic accident involving a horse-drawn carriage.

The driver later identified as Rob Thomas Garza, was transported to area hospital with gunshot wounds and is said to be in critical condition as of last update.
