Once Officers arrived, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound and immediately began administering first aid.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division are actively working and investigating this incident.

Several individuals were detained at the scene and later taken to the main police station for questioning.

Corpus Christi Police Officers arrested a 25-year-old man early Sunday morning after CCPD drone operators observed the suspect attempting to break into an apartment located on the 3800 block of Caravelle Parkway.

After officers arrived, they located two male victims with gunshot wounds and immediately began administering first aid. 

Detectives secured a search warrant for the residence, and upon searching the residence, located a deceased female inside the home.

Due to the nature of the call, Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division were called to the scene.

CCPD concluded a month’s long investigation into drug dealing on the city’s southside early Thursday morning.

On February 16, 2026, at 3:00 pm Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department were dispatched to the 1900 block of Secretariat Dr. in reference to a shooting.

The robbery occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the American Bank located at 4145 South Alameda Street.

Detectives from the Corpus Christi Police Department’s Narcotics and Vice Investigations Division continue to exert pressure on illicit gambling operations.

The liquid vials will be sent for testing, and additional charges are pending the results.
