Martinez turned himself into the Nueces County Sheriff’s Department on the evening of September 30, 2025.

When officers arrived, they located a male with a gunshot wound. Officers detained multiple people from inside of the residence.

The disruptions included the use of profane language and behavior clearly intended to interrupt the meeting.

Preliminary investigation shows an argument broke out between two males and one shot the other.

The investigation revealed that the sixteen-year-old suspect was in the backyard of the residence when he attempted to rob a nineteen-year-old man of his gold chain.

When officers arrived, they located a 19-year-old victim with gunshot wounds and began administering first aid.

When the Officer arrived, the male suspect immediately engaged in a prolonged physical struggle with the Officer.

The Corpus Christi Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division obtained a warrant for indecent assault for CCPD Officer Steven Moran.

Robbery Homicide Detectives were called out to the scene to investigate.

After officers arrived, they located a juvenile male with a gunshot wound to his upper extremities.
