On June 8, 2026 at 7: 24 pm Corpus Christi Police Officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Valdez Dr. in reference to a physical altercation.

Preliminary investigation indicates a disturbance at an establishment occurred.

The involved parties are related and were known to each other. This is an active and ongoing investigation.

When Officers arrived they located a juvenile male with gunshot wounds and immediately began administering first aid until medics arrived.

Once Officers arrived, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound and immediately began administering first aid.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division are actively working and investigating this incident.

Several individuals were detained at the scene and later taken to the main police station for questioning.

On April 15, 2026 at 7:52 pm officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department were dispatched to the area of Weber Rd and Tripoli Dr in reference to a Shooting. 

Corpus Christi Police Officers arrested a 25-year-old man early Sunday morning after CCPD drone operators observed the suspect attempting to break into an apartment located on the 3800 block of Caravelle Parkway.

After officers arrived, they located two male victims with gunshot wounds and immediately began administering first aid. 

Detectives secured a search warrant for the residence, and upon searching the residence, located a deceased female inside the home.

Due to the nature of the call, Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division were called to the scene.

CCPD concluded a month’s long investigation into drug dealing on the city’s southside early Thursday morning.
