Two individuals Arrested and Charged with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance

ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On July 28, 2026, the Robstown Police Department assisted the United States Marshals Service - Corpus Christi Office, in executing an arrest warrant in the City of Robstown.

During the execution of the warrant, Robstown Police Department Organized Crime Unit (OCU) Detectives observed suspected narcotics in plain view. Based on those observations, detectives obtained and executed a narcotics search warrant for the residence.

As a result of the investigation two individuals were arrested and charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, specifically heroin, and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams, specifically cocaine.

Both offenses are First-Degree Felonies. If convicted, each offense is punishable by imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for life or for a term of not more than 99 years or less than 5 years.

The Robstown press release did not identify the individuals who were under investigation.
