Commercial Structure Fire in Bishop

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On September 20th Bishop Police Department Shift I Patrol Officers along with Nueces County E.S.D 3 Fire / Rescue and area first responders were called to the scene for a commercial structure fire at the Taqueria Jalisco restaurant, located in the 500 block of U.S. Hwy 77 south, Bishop, Texas.

All occupants were evacuated from the building and the fire department extinguished the fire.

No injuries are being reported and it appears the fire may have been caused by an electrical issue.
