Investigation of the incident found that one of the off-duty officers had been assaulted, during which time the officer was forced to discharge his weapon, striking one adult male.
The driver, identified as a 35-year-old Roxanne Palacios, was released from the hospital and transported to the City Detention Center for processing, at approximately 4:15 pm on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
