Fight Send Three to Hospital

ARANSAS PASS (News Release) - On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at approximately 8:32 pm, Aransas Pass Police Department (APPD) officers were dispatched to the 600 block of North Houston Street in reference to a stabbing. Once they arrived, they found three individuals had been stabbed. Two of the victims had non-life-threatening injuries and one was critical and remains in an area hospital with a serious injury.

Two suspects have been identified. One of them being Robert Johnson, age 30, was located and placed under arrest for assault causing bodily injury.

The other suspect, Joey Tanner, age38, fled the scene prior to the officer's arrival.

A warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was obtained shortly after the assault.
