ROBSTOWN (News Release) - Nueces County Precinct Five Deputies went to County Road 73 to attempt to locate a wanted subject. The subject attempted to evade arrest but was shortly apprehended.
48-year-old Henry Rodriguez of Corpus Christi was arrested on 2 outstanding warrants for Manufacture/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 4g<200g out of Bexar County, a warrant for Criminal Trespass out of Bexar County and evading arrest.
He will be charged with two additional counts of Evading Arrest as result of him attempting to run away on foot durning two separate occasions.
He is currently at the Nueces County Jail and will be extradited to Bexar County.
