Deputies with the Nueces County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office arrested two individuals on multiple outstanding felony warrants during overnight operations Thursday, March 12.

19 year-old Ezequiel Medina was arrested for driving with an invalid license and for outstanding felony warrant.

53 year-old Robert Milligan was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Nueces County.

Several stolen items were observed in plain view in the bed of the truck.

The driver later identified as Rob Thomas Garza, was transported to area hospital with gunshot wounds and is said to be in critical condition as of last update.
