Woman Arrested for Refusing to Leave Area

33 year-old Clarissa Guerra.

ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On April 5, 2026, early Sunday morning, Precinct 5 deputies were dispatched to area of Western and Molina for a female refusing to leave.

Deputies contacted 33 year-old Clarissa Guerra who was causing disturbance at the location. Guerra was found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of Nueces County for FTA / Theft of Property $2500 < $30K 2 or more previous convictions No Bond.

Guerra was arrested on the outstanding warrant and taken to the Nueces County Jail.
