Male Suspect Arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - (News Release) On Dec. 13th, twenty-four year old Javier Jaime Carrillo out of Corpus Christi, Texas was arrested at his home on Aaron Dr.
Carrillo was wanted out of Guadalupe County on two separate felony warrants out of Schertz Police Department. The warrants are for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child which is a 1st degree felony and the second warrant is for Indecency With a Child Sexual Contact, a 2nd degree felony.
Carrillo will be magistrated and extradited to Guadalupe County to face these charges.
Schertz detectives contacted our office on Wednesday and requested assistance in locating this individual.
With the assistance of U.S Marshals Fugitive Taskforce, Carrillo was located and arrested this morning.
When agencies work together, criminals are apprehended and arrested. Thank you to the Marshals for their assistance.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
