Game Room Shut Down for no Permit

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - (News Release) On July 10, 2024, the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants for game rooms operating without a Nueces County game room permit. Both were located on the 900 block of Airline Road.

A total of 5 people were arrested, including the owner of one of the establishments. Additionally, a total of $7,249 was taken for safekeeping until claimed by the owners of these locations.

The Nueces County Sheriff's Office will continue to enforce all state and local laws in Nueces County.
