Woman Found Deceasedat Corpus Christi City Hall

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) - On August 16, 2024, at about 7:21 am, officers were dispatched to 1201 Leopard St. (City Hall) in reference to a trauma call for service. A city employee called in stating a female was located at the bottom of an A/C cooling tower.

When officers arrived, they located a deceased female inside of the cooling tower. CCFD was contacted to assist in retrieving the female from the structure.

The investigation is currently ongoing to determine what led up to the female entering the location.
