Traffic Stop in Bishop Leads to Methamphetamine Found

BISHOP (News Release) - On Friday, June 10, the Nueces County Constable's Office (Precinct #3) and the Bishop Police Department initiated a traffic stop on South Ash Street and East 5th Street in Bishop.

During the traffic stop approximately 1.2 grams of Methamphetamine was located.

One adult male was placed under arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance which is a penalty Group 1 >=1g <4g, a 3rd degree felony.
