Three Vehicle Accident

Nueces County Constables, Precinct 3

BISHOP - (News Release) At approximately 10:30am on 4/29 Pct 3 Deputies and ESD-6 were dispatched to FM 70 and 63A for a three vehicle accident. Two vehicles were stopped on FM 70 to allow the wind mill blades to exit the windfarm. A third vehicle failed to control their speed and hit the parked vehicle, which then hit the front vehicle. EMS arrived and checked on all occupants. Driver was cited for failure to control speed.
