CALALLEN, TEXAS - (News Release) On September 14, 2024, Precinct 5 deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Northwest Boulevard in Calallen. .

The driver, 56-year-old Russel Collins of Robstown was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
