Stage 2 Water Restrictions Still in Effect

City of Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – (News Release) Tropical Storm Alberto produced approximately three to six inches of rain in the Choke Canyon and Lake Corpus Christi Reservoirs. The actual rainfall in the watershed was less than initial storm projections but nonetheless was extremely beneficial. The event's impact immediately increased our reservoirs in one day from 25% to 26% of combined reservoir storage.  As run-off continues, CCW expects a continued increase in our reservoir levels.

Stage 2 Water Restrictions remain in effect. The public will be informed of any changes to water restrictions. Please visit cctexas.com to find your watering schedule.
