ROBSTOWN, TEXAS - (News Release) 17-year-old Saira Desiree Ramirez was reported as a runaway on 09-26-24. Saira was last seen at the Robstown Early College High School on 09-24-24 getting into a red Jeep Uber/Lyft vehicle. Saira is believed to be traveling to the Houston, Texas area to freely accompany a male only known as Melvin.
