Nueces County, Precinct 5 & 3

ROBSTOWN (News Release) - On 2/23/22 approximately at 2am Nueces County Precinct 5 Deputy Constables with Oscar Mendoza‘s office, along with Precinct 3 Deputy Constables and CCPD officers, assisted the Robstown Police Department in a pursuit that began in Robstown and ended on Nile drive and SPID Access Road. The driver of the vehicle attempted to ram multiple constable units during this pursuit but fortunately missed. The vehicle was reported stolen out of the city of Corpus Christi. The driver of the vehicle was arrested by the Robstown Police Department for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, assault on a public servant, and evading with a motor vehicle. A passenger inside the vehicle was taken into custody by Nueces County Precinct 5 Deputy Constables for outstanding warrants. Nueces County Precinct 5 Deputy Constables also recovered a female juvenile that was listed as a missing runaway.
