Operation Lone Star Makes Multiple Arrests
Kleberg County Attorney’s Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force
Last week, the Task Force participated in an Operation Lone Star Task Force hosted by the Jim Wells County Sheriff’s Office. The Task Force was a joint operation between multiple Sheriff's Offices, Police Departments, and agencies.
The operation resulted in 40 arrests for various criminal offenses and individuals with outstanding warrants. A total of 5.14 grams of methamphetamine, 6.19 grams of cocaine, 10.4 grams of various pills, 21.19 grams of THC, 354 grams of THC wax, 1.4 ounces of synthetic marijuana, 2.43 ounces of marijuana, and $267,501.00 in US currency were seized.
