Officers Involved in Vehicle Pursuit

Nueces County Constable's Office Pct 3

ALICE, TEXAS (News Release) - On Monday, April 22, 2024, Nueces County Constable's Office Pct 3 Deputies, Precinct 5, Nueces County Sheriff's Office and the Corpus Christi Police Department were involved in a vehicle pursuit. The vehicle involved had been reported stolen several days ago.

The driver went through a private fence on FM 70 in an attempt to evade Law Enforcement.

The driver then returned to FM 70, heading north, eventually driving through approximately 250 yards of a corn field.

A Jim Wells Emergency management officer who was on horseback, located the driver and was able to take him into custody.
