Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force

CALALLEN (News Release) - Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force agents along with Corpus Christi Police Department, US Border Patrol and other Law Enforcement officers conducted a narcotics investigation in the Calallen area.

During this investigation, approximately 4 kilograms of black tar heroin were seized, and 2 individuals were detained.

It is very likely these narcotics would have been distributed in the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas if they had made it to their destination. Thank you to all involved in helping keep these drugs off the streets.
