Investigators executed a search warrant at a residence, seizing suspected illegal drugs and evidence consistent with distribution activity. Authorities reported finding large quantities of methamphetamine, black tar heroin, brown heroin, cocaine, Percocet pills, preloaded heroin syringes, a significant amount of U.S. currency, and drug-related paraphernalia.
Officials said the volume of narcotics, along with packaging materials and cash, indicates possible organized drug distribution.
Three Rockport residents — Andres Garcia, Chela Caseres, and John Raymond Huizar — were taken into custody. They face charges related to the manufacture and delivery of controlled substances, including methamphetamine and heroin.
The investigation remains ongoing.
The sheriff’s office urges anyone with information about illegal drug activity to contact Tri-County Crime Stoppers at (361) 758-8477.
