Banquete Man Arrested for Criminal Trespass

BANQUETE, TEXAS - (News Release) On May 23, Pct. 5 Deputies attempted to detain forty-one year old H.T Duncan out of Banquete for Criminal Trespass. Duncan had been previously warned, not to attend or be present at any Banquete I.S.D events. During the detention, Duncan became irate and disruptive while a school event was taking place. Duncan was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass and transported to the Nueces County Jail. Bail has been set at $500.00

All persons who are arrested, are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Duncan remains in The Nueces County Jail awaiting bail.
