Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

DRISCOLL - (News Release) On August 10, 2023 at approximately 1:36pm Nueces County Constable Pct 3 Deputies assisted Nueces County Sheriffs Office deputies and Bishop Police Department as a vehicle evaded officers from making a traffic stop.

Once the pursuit was called off, a Nueces County Sheriff's Deputy located the suspect vehicle with its occupants with in the Dollar General parking lot of Driscoll, Texas.

Nueces County Sheriff's deputies arrested one male for multiples charges.
