Kingsville Police Seek Suspect in Area Meat Thefts

KINGSVILLE, TEXAS (News Release) - The Kingsville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of repeatedly stealing meat from area grocery stores.
According to KPD, the suspect reportedly visits area grocery stores and takes approximately $200 worth of meat about three times a week. Police say he may be driving the vehicle shown in surveillance images.
Investigators also point to several identifying characteristics, including a star tattoo on his head. Police believe the man may also be wearing an ankle monitor.
KPD is asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information that could help identify him to contact Kingsville Crime Stoppers at 361-592-4636 (592-INFO).
The department says the first caller to identify the suspect will receive a cash reward.
