Kingsville Border Patrol Apprehended Six Illegal Migrants

EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector Border Patrol agents arrested several illegal migrant criminals this week.

On February 7, Kingsville Border Patrol Station agents apprehended a group of six illegal migrants attempting to circumvent the Javier Vega Jr. Checkpoint. During processing, record checks revealed the Salvadoran national is a MS-13 gang member.

The next day, McAllen Border Patrol Station agents apprehended a group of nine illegal migrants unlawfully present in the U.S. near Mission. Record checks on a 36-year-old male subject revealed he is an 18th Street gang member and has dual citizenship from Mexico and Guatemala. The subject also admitted to living in Canada from 2017 until 2019.
