CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) - On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:54pm, officers were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Shoreline Blvd in reference to a major traffic accident involving a horse-drawn carriage.

Officers arrived and found that the at-fault vehicle fled the scene (hit and run crash). The sole occupant of the horse carriage, a 24-year-old female, had been ejected from the carriage from the impact. Medics transported her to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
