Former CCPD Officer Arrested

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) - On Tuesday September 30, 2025, the Corpus Christi Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division obtained a warrant for indecent assault (Texas PC 22.012, Class A Misdemeanor) for Eliseo Martinez. The warrant was obtained in reference to an incident that occurred in the workplace.  Martinez turned himself into the Nueces County Sheriff’s Department on the evening of September 30, 2025.

This is currently an active and open investigation.  The Corpus Christi Police Department takes all allegations of crime and misconduct seriously and investigates them thoroughly in accordance with applicable laws and department policy.

Martinez is no longer employed with the Corpus Christi Police Department.
