Fire in Beeville

BEEVILLE, TEXAS (News Release) - On Thursday, March 13, 2025, Beeville Firefighters and Bee County Sheriff’s Office responded earlier to a report of smoke in the area off of County Road 331. Upon the Deputies arrival he discovered a trailer house and small shed on fire at the very back of the property.
Due to the buildings burning very near the dry brush line the Texas Forest Service and the TIFMAS task force that is assigned to this area were called in to help remove brush and put out some hot spots.
With the higher winds and lower humidity coming tonight and tomorrow we wanted to ensure the fire would not rekindle and spread to the brush line.
