Arrival of the USS Kingsville

The USS Kingsville made her grand entrance into the Port of Corpus Christi on Sunday, August 18th. She was visible from the Bayfront between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Visitor were able to see her from North Shoreline and North Beach.
General Public Admission
If you registered online to receive general public admission tickets, be on the look-out for tickets that will be sent through USPS mail. These tickets will be for admission to the USS Kingsville commissioning happening in Corpus Christi on Saturday, August the 24th at 10:00 a.m. These tickets are non-transferable and can be used only by the individual that applied online. Ticket holders will be able to tour the ship later in the afternoon as long as time allows.
Commissioning Watch Party
If you did not receive tickets for the in-person commissioning, a free and festive watch party will be held for the community at the JK Northway Exposition Center from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24th. Official programs will be available while supplies last. Additionally, limited edition merchandise, and collectables will be available for purchase and given away to some lucky attendees throughout the event's duration.
