Annaville Fire Department Recognizes Members for Years of Dedicated Service

ANNAVILLE, TEXAS (News Release) - The Annaville Fire Department recognized two of its members for their years of dedicated service to the department and the community.

Captain Charles Harris was honored for 15 years of service to the Annaville Fire Department and the community. During his career, Harris has responded to countless emergencies, completed hours of training and made personal sacrifices in service to others.

Harris is assigned to Station 71, C Shift, where he continues to serve as an example for fellow firefighters and the next generation of emergency responders.

The department also recognized Firefighter/EMT Christopher Lopez for three years of service. Lopez, who is also assigned to Station 71, C Shift, serves the community in both fire suppression and emergency medical services.

In addition to his duties with the Annaville Fire Department, Lopez is a United States military veteran and continues to serve as an active reservist in the United States Air Force.

The department said Lopez's continued commitment to both his country and his community reflects his dedication and spirit of selfless service.

Annaville Fire Chief Michael Clack presented the service recognitions to Harris and Lopez in front of their fellow firefighters as a way of expressing appreciation for their contributions.

The Annaville Fire Department congratulated both members and thanked them for their continued dedication to protecting and serving the community.
