In cooperation with the Del Mar College Music Department, the Corpus Christi Chamber Music Society presents The Queen’s Six, the vocal ensemble based at England’s Windsor Castle that frequently performs during services at St. George’s Chapel within the castle walls. The Queen’s Six also performs during private and state occasions and often before the British Royal Family. Their repertoire extends from austere early chant, florid Renaissance polyphonic madrigals and haunting folk songs to upbeat Jazz and Pop arrangements, along with newly commissioned pieces.
