The City of Kingsville invites residents and visitors to attend Meet the Blues, a free community event celebrating aviation, service, and community pride ahead of the upcoming Wings Over South Texas Air Show.
The event will take place Friday, April 17th, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the JK Northway Expo Center, offering a fun, family-friendly evening designed to bring the community together and give attendees an opportunity to meet the Blue Angels team ahead of the Wings Over South Texas Air Show.
Meet the Blues will feature local nonprofit organizations and community partners hosting informational booths to share details about their services, programs, and volunteer opportunities.
Families and children can also explore our Working Wheels display featuring vehicles and equipment from the Kingsville Police and Fire Department, City of Kingsville Public Works Department, Kleberg County Sheriff's Department, Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Task Force, and more.
These interactive displays provide an up-close look at the tools and vehicles used every day to keep the community safe and running smoothly. Meet the Blues is free and open to the public, and community members of all ages are encouraged to attend.
