La Retama Central Library has a Green Thumbs meeting happening on Sunday! Representatives from the Water and Recycling Departments will be on hand to discuss ways to conserve water at home and show us interesting ways to make yard art with recycled items. And La Retama Library will have a Master Gardeners here to discuss rainwater harvesting and succulent care. As always, everyone is encouraged to bring seeds, cuttings, or plants for our plant swap. There will also be a drawing for 2 rain barrels.
