Angels of Love is collecting Toys, Canned food, essential items such as socks and body care, plastic laundry baskets, turkeys, gift cards and monetary donations for their annual Canastas de Corazón Operation Holiday Cheer & Children's Christmas Party beginning on November 27 and ending on December 11, 2026.
The 17th Annual Children's Christmas Party will be held on Saturday December 12, 2026. The children enjoy food and games, pictures with Santa, toys from Santa's elves, a drawing for bicycles and dancing with lifesize movie characters and the Angels of Love queens.
Donations for the food baskets can be dropped off at the Angels of Love headquarters, 1305 East Nolana Avenue, Suite D, McAllen. These families suffer a food and essential item shortage during the holidays due to the children being on vacation from school and they do not have access to meals at school. Delivery of the toys and food baskets to the children and families will be made on December 18-20, 2026.
Donations can be made via cash, check, Givebutter or by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this email.
