With Awareness Comes Acceptance

Nueces County Constable’s Office Precinct 5

NUECES COUNTY (News Release) - Constable Oscar Mendoza Jr. and his staff with The Nueces Constable Precinct Five, have partnered up with Crossroads Autism Network to bring Autism awareness to our community.

Constable Oscar Mendoza Jr. and his staff believe that Autism is not a disability but a different ability. Children with Autism have special needs and abilities. They want to bring this awareness to our community during this month of April 2022 which is also National Autism Month. The staff will be wearing these very special patches throughout this month and will be spreading the message.

With Awareness Comes Acceptance!

These patches are also being made available for purchase at Their office for $10.00 each. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Autism Network out of Victoria, Texas. If interested, contact the office at (361) 767-5204.
