Water Fee Calculator Helps Residents Estimate Their Monthly Charge
City of Corpus Christi
CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) - The City of Corpus Christi Public Works Department is offering a new calculation tool for residential customers inside the city limits to estimate their residential storm water fee based on the proposed storm water fee structure.
The calculator is designed to give customers a close estimate of what their storm water charge may look like if the City Council adopts the new storm water rates and new storm water rate structure on September 7, 2021. If approved, the new storm water rates will take effect on January 1, 2022. Obtaining an estimate for the proposed new storm water rates is a simple three-step process.
Step 1: Enter your property’s square footage.
You can find your property’s square feet on the Nueces County Appraisal District website.
Step 2: Select your residential housing type.
Example: single-family, estate, townhouse, multiple dwelling, manufactured home.
Step 3: Click Calculate to get your estimated storm water fee.
After clicking calculate, you’ll find an estimate of your new storm water fee and in which of the three tiers your property will be classified.
The calculator only estimates the residential storm water fee. Solid Waste, Gas, Water, Wastewater, and Street charges are not included.
The storm water fee calculator is available online at https://swfee.cctexas.com/
To calculate non-residential storm water fees, please provide your contact information and property address to Ajia Fielden, Storm Water Engineer II, at (361) 826-1896 or email at ajiaf@cctexas.com.
