CASE #22-000429

BISHOP - (News Release) At approximately 10:20PM on 12/02/2022, Bishop Police Department Shift II Officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in the 500 block of E. 2nd Street, Bishop, Texas.

While checking the area for the burglary suspect, a Supervisory Officer on scene observed a male sitting in a parked vehicle at a nearby residence.

Contact was made with the male subject, who was later identified as

Estrada was known to have an active warrant out for his arrest, for Failure to Appear (FTA) on a prior Robbery charge.

The arrest warrant was confirmed out of Nueces County and Estrada was taken into custody on scene without incident.

Estrada was later transported to the Nueces County Jail, where he remains without bond.
