Wanted Person / Fugitive Arrested 5230 FM 70, Bishop, TX

BISHOP - (News Release) At approximately 6:13PM on Saturday, August 5, 2023, Bishop Police Department Shift II Patrol Officers, along with Nueces County Constable Precinct 3 Deputies, were dispatched to the 5200 block of FM 70 for reports of suspicious activity around a vacant house in the area.

Upon arrival contact was made with an individual at that location, who was later identified as 29-year-old Avery Lambert.

Lambert was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Nueces County, for an MTR / Probation violation on a prior Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle charge. Warrant # 20FC3365C3.

Lambert was taken into custody on scene and later transported to the Nueces County jail, where he remains without bond.
