On September 5th, Law Enforcement Officers from throughout the coastal bend gathered in Kingsville, Texas, to pay their respects and honor the remarkable life and dedicated service of Constable Bill Hack.

Constable Hack will be missed by all who knew him. However, his memory will forever live on in those who wear the badge and his community will always cherish the positive impact he made in their lives.
