Video - Troopers and Agents Located Three Illegal Immigrants Hiding Inside Irrigation Pipes

MCALLEN, TEXAS (News Release) - The Texas Department of Public Safety - South Texas Region Brush Team and US Border Patrol in the RGV teamed up as part of an ongoing anti-smuggling operation in McAllen. Troopers and Agents located three illegal immigrants from Mexico and Colombia hiding inside irrigation pipes after spotting a makeshift ladder near the border wall.

The three illegal immigrants were turned over to U.S. Border Patrol for removal proceedings.

This apprehension underscores Texas’ ongoing mission to secure the border, apprehend illegal immigrants, and prevent gotaways under Operation Lone Star.
