Mail Tuck Fire Extinguished in Bishop; No Injuries Reported

BISHOP, TEXAS (News Release) - Emergency responders from multiple agencies were dispatched Monday, June 22, to a vehicle fire in the 300 block of West 5th Street in Bishop.

According to authorities, personnel from the Nueces County Constable's Office Precinct 3, the Bishop Police Department, and Emergency Services District No. 3 (ESD3) responded to the scene after reports of a vehicle on fire.

Officials quickly established traffic control measures in the area to ensure the safety of motorists and emergency crews while firefighters worked to contain the blaze.

Emergency Service District 3 firefighters successfully extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby property. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire was not immediately released. The incident remains under investigation.
