Bishop Police Department

BISHOP - (News Release) On June 24th Bishop PD units and ESD-3 Fire Rescue were on the scene of a vehicle fire at the intersection of FM 70 and U.S. Highway 77, in Bishop, Texas.

The Intersection of U.S. Hwy 77 and FM 70 was completely shut down at the time, while fire crews worked to contain the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, but it is suspected to be mechanical in nature.
