Two Males Arrested on Charges of Burglary

ROBSTOWN - (News Release) On July 7th Precinct 5 deputies with the Office of Constable Oscar Mendoza responded to a possible burglary in progress on the 3400 block of Cr. 69 in Robstown, Texas. The caller said that someone was inside the home and that they had been inside the garage earlier in the morning. When units arrived on location, a black SUV vehicle with two unidentified males was attempting to leave the property. Both males were detained and were shortly thereafter arrested on charges of burglary to a building when some of the property items were located in the vehicle. The property owner identified the items as having been removed from inside the home. Both males who are Robstown residents were later transported to the Nueces County Jail and booked on Burglary charges. One of the males was also wanted on a parole violation warrant.
All subjects are presumed innocent until their trial in a court of law.
