Two CC Fire Department Captains Honored by S.W.A.T.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS - (News Release) The city of Corpus Christi would like to congratulate the Corpus Christi Fire Department Captains Tom Cruz and Randy Lopez. They were honored by the Corpus Christi S.W.A.T. team on December 5, 2024, for their years of service to the community while operating as Tactical Medics. Captain Cruz completed 13 years of service, while Captain Lopez completed 12.

The mission of the tactical medic is to protect life by applying skilled medicine while operating in a harsh environment.
