Two Arrested on Outstanding Warrants by Precinct 5 Deputies

 

Nueces County Precinct Five Constable

ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026, Precinct 5 deputies arrested two individuals on outstanding warrants during separate incidents.

Deputies first located 35-year-old Cipriano Sanchez at his residence in the area of County Road 73 and Rock Island. Sanchez was arrested on an outstanding warrant for burglary of a building. His bond was set at $5,000.

Later that night, deputies located 41-year-old Christopher Burgin at his residence near County Road 101 and County Road 48. Burgin was arrested on an outstanding warrant for deadly conduct. His bond was set at $50,000.

Both individuals are currently being held in the Nueces County Jail.
