Traffic Stop Leads to the Decommission of Several Weapons

 

Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force

KINGSVILLE, TEXAS (News Release) - The Kleberg County Attorney's Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force working Operation Lone Star conducted a traffic stop in Kleberg County on Thursday, May 2, 2024, which resulted in the decommission of several weapons.

The weapons were headed to Mexico to a cartel cell.

The Task Force Agents were able to intercept them before their final destination. Kingsville Border Patrol SIU and Homeland Security Investigations assisted with this case.
