CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) - The City of Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department invites all the best of the best athletes from around the state to compete in the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF) 2021 Summer Games of Texas. This Olympic-style event will be hosted in Corpus Christi from July 29 – August 1, 2021.
Amateur, recreational, and young hopeful athletes will converge in Corpus Christi to compete for Gold! The games will be hosted at various venues throughout the city. Over 8,000 athletes and fans are estimated to be part of the Summer Games of Texas.
Teams and individuals will be challenged to turn up the heat and put it all on the line.
Winners will be eligible to compete at the national level.
