SUSPECT VEHICLE IN FATAL HIT AND RUN

CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) - Corpus Christi Police Department Hit & Run Investigators are asking for your help to discover any new information about a fatal Hit and Run Crash that took the life of 50-year-old Bobby Crossland. This is the Corpus Christi Crime Stoppers Crime of the Week.
Shortly after midnight on Saturday, January 8, 2022 officers were dispatched to a hit and run accident. When officers arrived, they located 50-year-old Bobby Crossland who was pronounced deceased on scene. It was determined that Mr. Crossland had been by struck by an unknown vehicle as he was riding his bicycle along the 5100 block of IH-37 Access EB. We are urging anyone who may information regarding this crash to come forward, we want to provide Mr. Crossland’s family some closure.
Investigators have determined that the suspect vehicle is a pick-up truck.
