SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - (News Release) On Saturday, November 2nd, the Corpus Christi Fire Department proudly represented with two teams of incredible female firefighters at the 5th annual “Hold the Line Competition.” Competing against 20 teams from across Texas—including SAFD, SAPD, AFD, HFD, EPFD, EMS, US Marshals, and military units—the teams tackled tough challenges simulating the physical demands of firefighting and police work. They earned 4th and 9th place, making the Corpus Christi FD proud.
